Joseph Daniel Soriano is the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and the founder of the firm, Soriano Immigration Consulting Inc. He has worked and partnered with trusted immigration consultants over the years before starting his own practice in January 2021.

 

Originally from the Philippines, he came to Canada in 2013 as a Temporary Foreign Worker. The economic downturn in 2015 has left a lot of foreign workers unemployed. Joseph decided to become an International Student in 2015 and studied Business Administration at Bow Valley College to further establish himself in Canada.

 

Joseph’s passion in continuous learning and helping others motivated him to become a peer tutor while studying. He helped fellow students to succeed with their education while maintaining excellence in his academic performance. Bow Valley College awarded him the ‘International Award of Academic Achievement’ last 2016. He also completed Bow Valley College’s Immigration Practitioner Program in 2019.

 

Being an immigrant himself, Joseph’s goal in being a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant is to help clients realize their Canadian Immigration aspirations. He provides advice in navigating the ever-changing immigration landscape in Canada. He offers clients with the most relevant and up-to-date information to help them make informed decisions and develop strategic pathways. Joseph is currently based in Calgary, Alberta.

 

He spends most of his time outside of work with his wife and daughter. He loves playing badminton to stay fit. His other passion is music and plays musical instruments such as guitar and piano. Nobody can take the mic off his hands when the karaoke starts to play!
